Old Kardamyli feels like stepping into another time. Stone tower houses, narrow paths, old churches and views stretching over the Messinian Gulf give the village a quiet, almost cinematic atmosphere. 

The village has a beautiful mix of wild Mani landscape and traditional architecture, and it feels especially magical in the late afternoon when the light becomes softer. Peaceful, full of character and a little mysterious, Old Kardamyli is definitely worth exploring beyond the seaside part of town.
